Game Rules
Going to Jail
When you land on 'Go to Jail', you go directly to jail. To get out of jail, you can use a 'Get Out of Jail Free' card if you have one, or pay the fine to skip your turn. The get out of jail card owner can sell it to others or buy it from others.
Trading
You can exchange properties, money, and jail cards with other players. You can sell your properties to others for profit. Set your own price and trade strategically.
Auction
If you land on a property and don't want to buy it, the bank will start an auction. The bank sets a starting price and players can bid higher. The highest bidder within 30 seconds gets ownership of the property.
Building Rules
You can only build houses/hotels after getting a Monopoly. You must build evenly across all properties of the same color (Even Build Rule). For example, if you have 3 red properties, you must build 1 house on each before building a second. You can only build a hotel after having 4 houses.
Bankruptcy
If you cannot pay at all, you can take a loan (mortgage) and sell all your properties and hotels to the bank for money. If you have nothing left to sell, you go bankrupt.
Step-by-Step Gameplay
Join Room & Start Game
Enter a room from the Lobby. Once inside, you can choose your preferred color. When players are ready, the Room Owner can start the game. The server automatically determines the active player and starts the turn.
Roll Dice
When it's your turn, roll the dice. The game will automatically move you on the board based on the server-calculated value. Actions will appear based on where you land.
Buy Property or Auction
If you land on an unowned property, bus, or utility, you can buy it at the set price. If you don't want it, you can decline, and the bank will automatically start a 30-second auction that all players can participate in, starting at 50% of the original price.
Pay Rent
If you land on another player's property, the rent will be automatically deducted. If you don't have enough money, you'll be forced to sell your properties (Force Sell). If you still can't pay after selling, you'll be declared bankrupt. Therefore, trade strategically with other players before Force Sell to get more than the bank's 50%.
Build Houses and Hotels
If you own all properties of the same color (Monopoly), you can start building houses. You can build up to 4 houses per property, and once you have 4, you can build a hotel. Building a hotel costs 50% of the original property value.
Chance & Community Chest
When you land on Chance or Chest, you'll draw a card. Depending on the card, you may pay rent, receive money, or move back. If you get a 'Get Out of Jail' card, you can sell it to other players.
Trade and Exchange
During the game, you can offer to trade your properties and money with other players. You can also buy and sell jail cards by negotiating prices.
End Turn
After completing all actions like rolling dice, buying property, or building, press 'End Turn' to pass to the next player. The server will automatically start the next player's turn.
Winning the Game
When all other players run out of money and go bankrupt, the last-standing player wins. The win/loss record will be saved in Rankings.

Properties

Win / Loss Conditions
Disconnection
If other players disconnect, the last-standing player wins. If a disconnected player reconnects, they can continue the game from where it stopped.
Bankruptcy
When a player loses all their assets, they automatically lose. A message will notify them, and they won't be able to roll dice anymore. However, they can still watch the game without leaving the room.
Surrender
If a player surrenders (even if they still have assets), all their assets return to the bank and other players can buy them. As above, they can't continue playing but can watch the game.
Game Economy & Custom Rules
Entry Fee
Starting a game costs 50 Coins from your balance.
Winner Reward
Winner gets 'player count x Coins 50' (e.g., 5 players = 5x50 = 250 Coins).
Daily Bonus
Get 50 Coins just for visiting the Lobby once per day.

Friends System Guide
Adding and Accepting Friends
Search, add, and accept friends through the Friends Panel in the Lobby.
Open Friends Panel
Click the 👥 Friends button at the bottom right of the Lobby screen to open the Friends Panel.
Search for Friends
Type your friend's username in the Search bar and search. You'll find them in the results.
Send Friend Request
Click 'Add Friend' next to the found user to send a Friend Request. They'll receive a notification.
Accept Friend Request
If someone sends you a request, it appears in the 'Pending' tab. Click 'Accept' to confirm. Now you can chat, send gifts, and invite to games.
Coins / Gems Gift Sharing
Friends can share Coins and Gems with each other as gifts.
Open Friends Panel
Click the 👥 Friends button in the Lobby to open the Friends Panel.
Open Friend's Chat
Click on the friend you want to gift from your friend list. Chat window will open.
Click 🎁 Gift Button
Click the Gift icon in the chat to open the gift menu. Select Coins or Gems and the amount to send.
Send Gift
Confirm the gift by clicking 'Send'. Your friend will receive the gift instantly.
Important Notes
- • You can only send gifts to friends (friend accepted).
- • You must have sufficient balance to send gifts.
- • Gifts cannot be reversed once sent.
- • The recipient will receive a notification.
Invite Friend to Game Room
You can directly invite your friend to the Game Room you're currently in.
Enter Room
Create or enter a Room from the Lobby.
Open Friends Panel
Click the 👥 button and select an online friend.
Click 'Invite'
Click the 'Invite to Room' button in your friend's chat window. Your friend will receive the invite.
💡 Pro Tips Tactics
Try to collect same-colored properties as quickly as possible (to get Monopoly)
Orange and red properties are most frequently landed on, so build houses and hotels quickly
Save 'Get Out of Jail Free' cards for critical situations, or offer to sell to others if you need money
Trade strategically with other players to get the properties you need
Don't spend all your money on buying properties - always keep some cash to pay rent
Buying items at fair prices in auctions can help you get Monopoly faster
Follow the Even Build Rule when building - build houses evenly across properties
Try not to go to jail often - getting out of jail wastes time
Owning more railroads means more rent income (up to 4x multiplier)
Owning both basic utilities (water/electric) gives 10x rent multiplier
